Delete your FamJam account

In the app

1. Sign in at getfamjam.com/app or in the FamJam app.
2. Open the menu, then My profile.
3. Tap Delete my account and follow the steps.

If you own a family that has other members, you’ll first choose who takes it over.

What is deleted

• Your profile, profile photo, sign-in details, reactions and notification settings.
• Families where you are the only member, with all their photos and gazettes.

What stays with your family

• Posts, photos and comments you shared in a family that still has other members. They stay so the family’s history isn’t broken, and show “Former member” instead of your name. Delete any you don’t want to keep before deleting your account.
• Gazettes that were already printed or posted.

Deletion happens straight away. Copies in our database backups disappear as those backups expire.

Can’t sign in?

Email hello@getfamjam.com from the address you use with FamJam and we’ll delete the account for you within 30 days.
